These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TITANS REALM LTD.

BOOK A Services

1. Nature of Services

TITANS REALM LTD provides business support and administrative outsourcing services including but not limited to:

  • Administrative coordination

  • Data processing

  • Document management

  • Business research

  • Operational assistance

We do not provide regulated financial, legal, or accounting advisory services unless explicitly stated.

2. Service Agreements

All services are governed by written agreements, proposals, or confirmed service orders. The scope of work, fees, timelines, and deliverables will be defined prior to commencement.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are agreed prior to engagement.

  • Invoices must be paid within the stated payment period.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Ongoing services may require advance payment or monthly retainer.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Cooperate in a timely manner

  • Respect agreed deadlines

  • Ensure lawful use of our services

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Commercially sensitive information

  • Operational data

  • Business documentation

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials prepared by TITANS REALM LTD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid in the preceding 3 months of engagement.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • System failures

  • Cyber incidents

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disasters

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

Outstanding payments remain payable upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
