Refund Policy

TITANS REALM LTD provides business support and administrative services. Due to the nature of digital and outsourced services, refund terms are as follows:

1. Service Commencement

Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Prepaid Services

If cancellation occurs prior to service commencement:

A refund may be issued
Administrative fees may be deducted

3. Retainer-Based Services

For ongoing service agreements:

Notice periods apply
Unused prepaid portions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

4. Dispute Resolution

Service concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. We aim to resolve disputes professionally and fairly before considering financial adjustments.

Refund decisions remain at the discretion of TITANS REALM LTD in accordance with contractual terms.
