  2. Task Submission: Clients submit a Service Request Form detailing the task and any required files.

  3. Task Confirmation: TITANS REALM LTD reviews the request, confirms scope and deliverables, and seeks client confirmation.

  4. Service Execution: Work begins only after explicit client authorization.

  5. Delivery Method: Completed services are delivered via secure email or document sharing platforms.

  6. Delivery Standards: All deliverables are complete, usable, meet client requirements, and include necessary instructions or formatting.

3. Service Timeline

  • Depending on the selected package and task complexity, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Urgent tasks can be negotiated separately.

4. Changes and Communication

  • Clients may request adjustments during service execution via email or the Service Request Form.
