4. Service Execution and Delivery
All services are intangible digital services delivered through secure electronic channels.
Clients are required to confirm receipt of deliverables and may request reasonable adjustments.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
TITANS REALM LTD is not responsible for business decisions made based on the results of our services.
The company is not liable for external factors beyond its control, including third-party system errors or data loss.
6. Dispute Resolution
Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the company’s registered location for arbitration or litigation.
Stripe payment disputes shall follow Stripe’s dispute resolution process in accordance with these terms.
